Future Plan

There are number of plans for the progress of our community out of them following are important and urgent requirement:-

1 Increasing of membership, throughout the country.
2 Purchase land for of “SHAKYA BHAWAN” first in Delhi and then other major cities in India.
3 To help brilliant but poor scholars for abroad higher studies and national scholarship of Govt of India
4 Promoting love and peace through Buddhism

Akhil Bhartiya Shakya Maha Sabha (Regd) has get glorious success to add Shakya, Maurya community in the central list of Delhi for O.B.C. benefits, vide Govt. of India Gazette Notification dated 17-02-2014 which is also available at internet “ Gazette of India dated 17 February 2014 for OBC.” Thus residents of Delhi can avail benefits of O.B.C. in all central Govt. jobs , all nationalized banks as well as in the educational sector for study in higher education like B. Tech, M. Tech, Ph.D, M.B.B.S ,I.I.T., L.L.B., Cat, MAT, B.Sc., M.Sc. etc. We have started membership in the following states/U.T.

The Akhil Bhartiya Shakya Mahasabha (Regd.) has participated “ INTERNATIONAL BUDDHA POORNIMA DIWAS 2015, Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi ,India, through Ven. Lama Lobzang, Secretary General, International Buddhist Confederations (IBC). Wherein The Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi was the chief guest. This was the first time when Buddha Jayanti Celebration was done by the Govt. of India, and our community is very thankful to the Prime Minister of India who has declared on that day, that every year in future Buddha Poornima Diwas will be celebrated by the Govt. of India. Apart from above The Akhil Bhartiya Shakya Mahasabha (Regd.) is very very thankful to Ven,Lama Lobzang Secretary General I.B.C as well as to Shri Kiren Rijiju, Chairman, Organizing Committee & Minister of State for Home Affairs Govt. of India.

Membership of ABSM (Regd.) has been spread in the following States, Uts till now and trying to connect each and every person of our community belonging to (Shakya, Maurya, Kushwah, Saini, etc.) with us for our peace of mind and dynamic development
